I’ve been used them a lot, and it has exact show time. If you wonder the routes of theatres, you can take the NO.15 bus from VIU to Woodgrove centre, then you’ll see a big sign of Avalon Cinemas. As well as Avalon Cinemas, Galaxy Cinemas is also locate in a shopping mall- North Town Centre. You can take the NO.4 bus from VIU to Country Club, then, transfer to NO.1 bus from Country Club to North Town Centre. Moreover, someone has problem to find North Town Centre, you can notice a blue board of LONDON DRUGS, that's where you should get off the bus.

Every Tuesday is a half price day, 3D movie price is $12, Tuesday is around $7 or $8, regular movie price is $10, Tuesday is about $5. And if you want to watch movie, you’d better check show time before you go there. Most of time, show time is in the afternoon.
